Accounts are for New Zealand solar installers and related commercial buyers. Solar Distribution may verify business, registration, contact and credit information before approval.

Prices and orders
Trade prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Product totals identify whether tax is included. Stock, technical suitability, final pricing and delivery must be confirmed before an order is accepted.
Payment
New accounts default to payment before dispatch or payment on collection or delivery. Monthly credit applies only when approved in writing, within the account limit and agreed due date. Supply may be paused when an account is overdue or above its limit.
Delivery
Delivery is charged separately unless an accepted quote states otherwise. Access, unloading conditions, site contact and safe placement must be confirmed. Mounting and electrical hardware may travel with the associated panel or battery load; standalone small orders may be collection, courier or subject to a minimum delivery charge.
Risk and title
Risk may pass on delivery or collection under the final trade terms. Where goods are supplied before full payment, Solar Distribution may retain title and register a security interest on the Personal Property Securities Register.
Returns and warranties
Returns require prior approval and may be limited for opened, special-order or project-specific goods. Manufacturer warranty processes, inspection requirements and any freight responsibility will be confirmed for each product line.
Account information
Application information is used to assess and manage the account, supply orders, arrange delivery, collect payment and meet legal obligations. Applicants can ask to access or correct their personal information.
